From the beginning of my private practice in 2001, my work has been conducted in two formats: in-person and telephone sessions. Not video, just phone.
When we entered the era of Love in the Time of Corona, I made the complete switch to doing all work on the phone. Moving forward, I am going to maintain my practice as phone work only. The busy lifestyles that so many people are living make the convenience of showing up for sessions from the comfort of home, or even from the road when traveling, and has my clients expressing gratitude for the ease of being able to do the work in this format.
Clients share that the tele-counseling or tele-coaching is quite effective and that they feel connected to me, their partners, and their progress in our work together.
All work and records are kept confidential to protect privacy.
I am a busy mom, entrepreneur and artist, and the flexibility of our phone sessions allowed me to receive the self-care I require and were just as effective for me as in-person sessions.
